2019 Emerging Rural Health Leader Award Recipient

Michelle Allred, RN, BSN

It wan an honor to present Michelle Allred, RN, BSN with the 2019 MRHA Emerging Rural Health Leader Award. Michelle is a Family Nurse Practitioner student and was nominated by Amy Severson, FNP at Tri-County Health Care, Henning Medical Clinic. Amy shared that "Michelle offers leadership that motivates all members of the healthcare team to reach and practice at their full scope of practice" and that "Michelle seeks to engage and empower patients to improve their health by providing care that is patient-centered and forward thinking".
